Membership
Membership is limited to dues paying households of the Cass Station HOA
Residents/New Residents:
If you are a resident to the community, fill out a Household Pass Form and Liability Waiver. The Household Pass Form and Liability Waiver Form are required for liability purposes and must be submitted by a homeowner prior to obtaining your Pool Pass and new Pool Code. Please note all residents other than the listed homeowners who are 23 years old and older must provide proof of residency prior to obtaining memberships. Proof of residency can be anything with both the resident’s name and the Cass Station address, such as a driver’s license, photo ID or piece of mail. Tenants:
If you are a temporary tenant of Cass Station, your head of the household must fill out a Household Pass Form and Liability Waiver Form. In addition to these forms, we also require that the homeowner submit an Amenities Release Form. The Amenities Release Form states that the homeowner is relinquishing their rights to the Swim Center to enable the tenants’ use of the facilities. Pool Passes:
For New Residents, along with the Household Pass Form and Liability Waiver Form, we also must receive a picture of anyone listed on the Household Pass Form. For returning Residents, children 18 and under need their pictures to be updated. Please email new and updated
pictures to DebbiePayne@Booking-For-You.com. Upon receiving all completed necessary documentation, your documentation will be reviewed and verified. Once verified your passes will be processed and you will receive 2 passes via US Mail.
You will need to bring to bring your pool pass with you on each visit to the pool. If you need a replacement pool pass, you will be required to purchase a replacement ID for $3.00 before you will be allowed entrance to the pool deck.
Non Residents are not given memberships to the Cass Station Swim Center and are only allowed in the facilities if accompanied with a resident at all times. Cass Station HOA shall have the right to limit the number of guests allowed to prevent overcrowding.
