When reserving the “ClubHouse” for a party, the HOA board asks that you clean up after yourself and take as much trash with you when you leave. We do not have a cleaning service, so when you do not clean up, someone else has to. Also, trash only runs once a week, so if you fill it up on Saturday, nobody else can use it the rest of the week. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Our “Clubhouse” is more of a pool with restrooms than a clubhouse.
When residents of the subdivision, whom have paid their dues, ask to “reserve” this area, we do our best to provide them with as much space as necessary for their event. Keep in mind, the Cass HOA board cannot restrict other residents from this area at these times. However, we do ask that you show your neighbors as much respect as possible if/when attending this area during a “reserved” time slot.
